Regency Park

Our newest neighborhood is located on Broad River Road, near the SC Law Enforcement Division (SLED). Regency Park is located in the St. Andrews area of Columbia (near Harbison). The neighborhood is convenient to shops, grocery stores, Columbia's largest mall (Columbiana Center), and other shopping areas. We currently are selling homes in Phase 4, with the first three phases completely sold out.

Directions:

From Harbison - take Harbison Blvd. to Broad River Road. Turn right onto Broad River Road. Regency Park is approximately 3 miles ahead on the left (just past SLED and the Shell gas station).

From Downtown - take 126 to I-26 towards Spartanburg. Get off at the St. Andrews Road Exit. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto St. Andrews Road. Drive approximately 1/2 a mile, then turn left onto Broad River Road. Regency Park is 1 mile ahead on the right.
